Michael B. Walling
Michael B. Walling is an Elder Law & Estate Planning attorney with an advanced Master of Laws degree. He is the owner and manager of Michael B. Walling, PLC, and the Elder Law Center. Mr. Walling is also a Part-time Professor at Western Michigan University. A graduate of Wayne State University Law School, Mr. Walling has been a practicing attorney since 1996. In addition to obtaining his Juris Doctorate (J.D.), Mr. Walling furthered his education in law by obtaining a Master of Laws Degree (LL.M.).
As an Elder Law attorney, Mr. Walling is one of the few attorneys in southwest Michigan who focuses on protecting assets when someone is in a nursing home or is facing nursing home care. Mr. Walling has been helping his clients protect their assets for over 20 years.
Mr. Walling is the author of the newspaper column, "Ask the Attorney" which appears in two publications monthly. He is a Keynote speaker at the Annual Dementia Care Conference put on by the Council on Aging. Mr. Walling has conducted many workshops regarding Protecting Assets from the Nursing Home and Estate Planning.
